Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: £2.99 (3-5 business days)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services to accommodate international customers in the future.

Local Delivery

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from one of our locations. After placing your order and selecting the Local Pickup option at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

    Pickup hours: Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 5 PM

  2. Basildon
    Manor House, Manor Design, 11 Manor House, Basildon
    Pickup hours: Sun, 1PM – 4 PM

Please have your order confirmation email ready when you come to collect.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes within the United Kingdom. Please ensure that your P.O. box can receive packages from our carriers.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at naturalnaayyaa@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
